Frank Gillen
Mr. Gillen is currently employed as the CEO and Chairman of RAC Real Estate Acquisition Corp and holds the position as President and Chairman of Precheck Health Services, Inc. a CLIA registered, CAP accredited high complexity molecular laboratory based in Miami Florida. Mr. Gillen started his career in 1990 as a registered stockbroker. Over the next 32 years he has continued in the world of finance, specializing in corporate structuring, mergers, acquisitions, and investment banking. Throughout his career Mr. Gillen has identified and completed over 100 transactions in various sectors of the market. Having this expanded knowledge base in all facets of the market place allows Mr. Gillen to successfully identify, analyze and structure any business combination from operations and management to debt or equity financings.
