RAC has aligned itself with top executives with extensive experience in engineering, development, construction, finance, operations and marketing.

RAC has multiple crews throughout the United States that can complete the construction of 15 to 25 single family homes per month in order to get the homes ready for sell or rent. In addition, RAC has engineered a new State of the Art panel designed home that will significantly reduce the time of completion on the homes as well as reduce labor costs in excess of 20%. Since no wood is used in construction this is also considered as a ”Green initiative”.

RAC has started new home construction with a land bank project in Alabama with an initial target of 100 homes. Our first year we will build 100 single family homes out of the 500 lots currently available with an average size between 1100 to 1400 square feet. Once the homes are finished, we will immediately make them available for rent with a portion of the homes available to the city for section 8 housing.

The Land Bank projects will be setup as individual SPV’s (Special Purpose Vehicles) incorporated in the County where the Land Bank homes are constructed, and RAC will manage the properties.
